Dante’s Inferno, based on the epic medieval Italian poem The Divine Comedy, is due for release in February 2010 for playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PSP.     I think Dante’s Inferno is the reason I bought my Xbox! Personally I think it is really close to an old PC classic called Diablo…

    It is so similar in story line as to be a bit uncomfortable…but no matter. Inferno is a GREAT game…huge atmosphere that makes you wince and cringe.

    WELL WORTH BUYING!

    Devil May Cry has almost nothing to do with the epic poem. This one does. The Dante in Devil May Cry isnt the real one

    This Dante =/= DMC Dante.
    This Dante is based on the original Dante, a poet who wrote about his trip to Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso.

    to forget his sins, and redeem himself, sound familiar? Dante’s Inferno is a complete rip-off of god of warm but that doesn’t mean it’s going to suck. It’s going to kick-ass, and I can’t wait to play it, but to say that it’s much better than GoW, no. If it wasn’t for God of War, Dante’s Inferno wouldn’t be what it is.

    at least this actually is a story about something. GOW is just Kratos killing lots of people to get his revenge.

    meh just a GOD OF WAR clone!! dante wouldn’t be able to hold a candle next to Kratos.
